How do our Business Growth Consulting Services work?

Generally, we meet with clients at least three to four times a month for the first few months. The first meetings will always be in person. Others will be conference calls, private webinars or online conferences.

After the first few months, we will decide together whether to keep meeting at the same intense pace, or reduce it to one or two times a month. In any case, our team will always be available to you on short notice.

Each client engagement is customized:

  • If you need help finding new or more profitable customers, we will focus on generating leads and sales.
  • If you need coaching in sales team development, we put on our coaching hat.
  • If productivity is low or inconsistent, we’ll focus on shoring up and strengthening internal systems, procedures and controls.
  • If personnel is a problem, we’ll evaluate the staff and HR practices and recommend appropriate changes.
  • If you need more capital, we will help you figure out what you need and then help to obtain it.

We always start with a thorough assessment of your business to establish a baseline from which we can measure all future progress. The initial review typically takes a few weeks for a small business, longer for a larger business.

In our experience, it often takes four to six months of coaching before clients see signs of improvement. Sometimes they even experience a slight dip in revenue or profitability during the first six months.

We use a systematic method that allows us to quickly and efficiently get to the root of each business problem. Once we know what the problem is, we design and implement a solution.

We can’t promise we’ll double your revenue in twelve months, but we can promise we’ll deliver real and lasting value to your business.

The minimum commitment for a successful business growth coaching engagement with LVI is twelve months. You may terminate our services at any time, but you should not start with us unless you expect us to work together for at least 12 months.

Our service is priced at a level that won’t strain your monthly budget; a fixed monthly fee with no surprises. You know exactly what your payment will be. Our minimum monthly fee is $1,500. The only additional charge will be for reimbursement of direct out-of-pocket expenses, including travel.
