WILLIAM LARRABEE
President

In 1984, William (“Bill”) Larrabee founded Larrabee Ventures, Inc. (“LVI”) to serve the financial and strategic development needs of the electronic security industry. Bill is a highly qualified management consultant, entrepreneur and executive manager with more than 35 years experience in the Security Industry.

Prior to LVI, he co-founded, developed and sold American Home Security, a startup security alarm company which, over 11 years, grew to more than $4 million in revenue when sold in 1984. Prior to American Home Security, Bill was a Principal in a Los Angeles management consulting firm.

Bill was co-sponsor, investor, and a director of both Protection One and Alarm Security Group, now two of the alarm industry's 10 largest companies. In 2001 and 2002, Bill served as CEO of Alarm Security Group and arranged for its sale in 2002. From 2004 to 2007, Bill also served as President of Viking Electronic Services, a technology based electronic fire alarm system manufacturer.

Bill received Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from MIT and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.

BONNIE LARRABEE
Vice President

Bonnie Larrabee has over 35 years of executive management and consulting experience in the electronic security industry. She is a founder of LVI and is a key part of the firm. From 1984 to the present, Bonnie has been an active participant in LVI with activities including arranging many financings, company sales and extensive consulting work.

Prior to LVI, she was a founder, VP and administrative manager of American Home Security where she managed the central station and supervised operations and administration. Prior to that, she was a consultant for Theodore Barry and Associates where she worked for technology companies and prepared reports for operations consultants. Prior to that, Bonnie attended U.C.L.A. and also held executive administrative positions at U.C.L.A.’s School of Business.
