The cost of our services is a percentage of the capital that is raised.  It is almost always much less than either the cost of a delay in the financing or the cost of a poorly structured financing.  Our fees generally range between 4% and 8% of the capital raised with only a small portion of the fee required up front as an engagement fee and the balance in the form of a success fee payable on closing of the financing transaction.
