 o    When LVI is arranging financing, we help clients prepare for the investment, assist in determining what type and how much capital is needed, then locate and introduce just the right prospective lender(s) or investor(s).  We then assist in the negotiation and development of a successful relationship. After a financing transaction, LVI is frequently asked to continue its involvement to assure goals are met, results are acceptable and lender and investor expectations are met.

o     When LVI is assisting a seller with the sale of a company or division, LVI helps determine the most marketable attributes and immediate challenges of the Company and helps the client identify needed improvements.  LVI then locates the best buyers based on strategic, financial and geographic benefits which ideally translate to buyers that are willing to pay full value or better for the business.

o     When LVI is assisting in an acquisition program for a buyer, LVI locates and qualifies the seller, performs preliminary due diligence and makes sure the seller is ready to sell and prepared for the reality of the offer it might receive. After a merger or acquisition, LVI is available to assist in the assimilation or to provide interim management.
