LVI provides services involved with the acquisition, divestiture, financing and improvement of operations for client companies in the electronic security industry, other security and technology related fields and industries with important recurring revenue components. We represent sellers, buyers, borrowers, VC’s and other equity sources, banks and entrepreneurs.

We provide a full range of services to clients who are:

1. Raising new capital

2. Selling an existing company or division

3. Acquiring another company

4. Recapitalizing or refinancing a company

5. Buying out an existing owner ("MBO")

6. Turning around a distressed company

Depending on your needs, we will help you set goals and define the program or specific project, initiate a program to accomplish an already defined goal or execute a specific project engagement.

We help clients to define their goals for selling, buying or raising capital. For example, we have helped clients in recurring revenue businesses to analyze and quantify their opportunities, define their business plans and set achievable goals for recapitalization of the company, refinancing of senior debt and raising additional equity.
Once a goal is defined, we help by identifying the tasks that need to be accomplished, assembling the appropriate program team (e.g. internal management, directors, legal counsel, accountants, etc.), launching and managing the processes and being responsible for results and meeting scheduled milestones.
When it comes to a specific project engagement (e.g. refinance a $10 million senior credit facility, acquire acquisition targets in state A that meet defined criteria, raise $5 million in new equity capital, locate 2 new borrowers for a secured lender client) LVI can take on full responsibility for the project, defining, then creating and implementing the action plan, reporting regularly in detail to the client’s top management and involving other client management and project team personnel as appropriate.
