Larrabee Ventures, Inc. (“LVI”) is a specialized investment bank that focuses on the electronic security industry and related security and technology fields. 

LVI was formed in 1984 by security, financing and management consulting professionals with prior experience as entrepreneurs, owners and builders of companies.  Today, it is staffed by professionals who have:

·     Direct Operating Management experience in security and technology

    companies,

• Investment Banking experience in mergers & acquisitions and financing, and
• Finance experience with high margin recurring revenue businesses.

In the last twenty years LVI has arranged more than 150 senior debt and equity financings, more than 200 mergers & acquisition transactions and has successfully completed more than 100 management consulting engagements.
